[Ailist] Suggestions for facilitating visioning Character awareness with a large group

Dear AI Colleagues,
I have been invited to chair/facilitate several visioning sessions with a
group of people from social services agencies, faith communities,
organizations serving families, police and fire department representatives,
educators, business executives and others. The vision quest is focused on
promoting and supporting universally accepted principles/pillars of
Character (Education) community wide.

While I have several ideas, I welcome suggestions from my AI colleagues
regarding some powerful questions to explore as well as some activities that
I may use to facilitate the visioning process. All suggestions are
appreciated, among them an Appreciative Inquiry Approach to a 3 hour
session.
