A few days ago there was a conversation regarding
executive leadership teams.

Here are my thoughts on the subject.


Hi Ester,

When I read your inquiry, I thought of the Management and Leadership
Barometer.
It is one of several tools associated with the Four Rooms of Change Theory
developed by Claes Janssen Ph.D a Swedish psychologist.  This Barometer is
designed specifically increase self-awareness or basic assumptions of the
management system in the organization.

It is combined with the Organizational Barometer (another assessment that
measures the climate in the organization) and with question around Robert
A. Dahl's democracy criteria,D. McGregors theories X/Y and the
psycho-dynamics of organizations and leadership.

The information is very support to the management team and quite
compelling.
