Hope your New Year's Day is as happy as theirs. And I wish you the
twins' health and longevity!

Excerpt from the article about the twins:

They said the secret to longevity is a 'healthy mind and a healthy
body'.

Mrs Pelmore, from Feock (corr) near Truro, said: 'We never think
about our age much - it's other people that make all the fuss.

'We've been around each other for 100 years which is quite an
achievement I suppose. The secret is to stay healthy.

'Don't give your age a second thought. Enjoy other people's company
and live your life. Live in the moment.'

Mrs Richards, the older twin, added: 'A good family background stands
you in good stead for the rest of your life.
'You had time to enjoy things more in days gone by. Life is so much
faster now but we cope very well. The only thing I don't understand
is computers.

'What is the Internet and all this www slash dot com? But if somebody
will explain it to me and teach me, I'd rather like that.'
