this is a practical walk through of a complete AI process along with
theoretical backing and case studies of other applications in different
contexts... makes you feel like you've already done it by the time you've
finished reading it...
you may also want to read the original text by cooperrider and srivastra
online at:
http://www.appreciative-inquiry.org/AI-Life.htm
this gets to the core of the philosophy of AI and is probably what converted
me to AI more than anything else...
