Hello Nanden--
I responded to you privately earlier, and wanted to take the opportunity to respond to some commentary from others.
I understand the points people have made about the value of a live presentation and training and also appreciate your desire to learn more about AI though an ebook.
In the workshops I have taken we do indeed use wordbooks and / or other books which serve as our workshop material. We also have the benefit of trainers working with us as we learn, ask questions, try things out, etc.
Perhaps I can offer the best of both, in an economical fashion. As an AI student, trainer and practitioner, I appreciate that everyone has different learning styles and different needs as they educate themselves. With that in mind, I'd like to suggest that you consider my one hour CD, "Creating Sustainable Positive Change: A Micro-training in Appreciative Inquiry", which comes with a workbook.. The CD allows you to learn by hearing a comprehensive overview of AI, a typical AI process, AI principles, and way of being, and the workbook lets you practice the different components of AI.
I also invite you to ask me questions via email as you go through this material. I find it refreshing to respond to people who are just learning about AI--so many perspectives emerge that I would not have thought about on my own. I ordinarily respond within 24 hours.
You can purchase the CD and workbook ($35.00 for international delivery) at:

All my best,
