Hi Rick,

Try South Piedmont Community College in Polkton, North Carolina. Contact Sharon Grooms
<sgrooms at spcc.edu> and Stuart Wasilowski <swasiwlowski at spcc.edu>. I know that the college developed a performance appraisal model that I hope will be included in my upcoming book; I don't know if it was ever used.

> am a doctorate student at Fielding Graduate University working on my dissertation entitled "Employee's subjective experience in participating in a performance management system in an organizational culture affected by Appreciative Inquiry." I am trying to identify potential organizations that could be a part of this research. Please let me know if you are aware of organizations that have deployed AI concepts into their human resource policies including their performance management system.
