[Ailist] AI and Performance Management Systems

I am a doctorate student at Fielding Graduate University working on my dissertation entitled "Employee’s subjective experience in participating in a performance management system in an organizational culture affected by Appreciative Inquiry."  I am trying to identify potential organizations that could be a part of this research.  Please let me know if you are aware of organizations that have deployed AI concepts into their human resource policies including their performance management system.
