I am not sure if this is a fit or not, but Yongming Tang, Ph.D. JFK
University in Beijing is doing work entitled "Synergistic Inquiry".  When I
met him in San Francisco in January it sounded like a way that he was using
to bridge the dialect and cultural differences with companies from the US
that he is integrating into China.    If you want more info give me a call.

I have been working with a multicultural, global team that often  
works virtually.  In a recent event, someone asked me if I knew of  
such a thing as a "dialect coach" - someone who could work with  
people to overcome some of the challenges of multi-cultural  
communication, in terms of both "sending" and "receiving"  
communication.  I am unfamiliar with such a service, and wondered if  
any of you had knowledge or contacts that I don't.

Hi,

Im going to be attending a party this weekend with people Im not  
too familiar with, but I would like to get to know them better. What  
Im looking for are short, but AI like questions to have people share  
positive things about themselves and to start a conversation.

The icebreaker posting gave me some ideas, but I am looking for more  
suggestions. Any suggestions?
