If your trading currency is something other than the british pound,
there is a good chance you can save yourself some money on AIP
issues. In the US, for example, instead of paying $20 for an issue
when the pound was strong, you are more likely to pay around $15 now.
(The exact amount billed to your credit card depends on the exchange
rate with the british pound used by your credit card company.)

Also, this is a good time to buy the AIP CD for $30 + p&p while
stocks last.
