Hello dear AI friends
Two weeks ago my laptop was stolen from my home (when we were asleep!).
Amongst all the treasures I have lost (workshops, articles, business stuff,
photographs, quotes ...recipes!!!) are many of my email addresses and
personal correspondence with many people on this list. I'm now back online
with a hot new laptop and a back up device!!! No, I didn't have good
backups.

In the spirit of an appreciative inquiry...here's the pluses
* I discovered I know many more swear words than I thought
* I don't have to clean up all the old files and defrag the thing
* My insurance company was wonderful
* I was offline for several days and read more books
* I am actively in touch with wonderful people as I find connections and
re-establish my address book
 
So could I ask you two favours? If we have been in touch please email me so
I have your address and if you know someone who you think knows me, please
forward this plea to them too.

Oh yes...and don't forget to back up your computers!
