Hi Everyone,

The following websites provide examples of the application of the appreciative approach to successful living.  Both sites relate to the work of Mark Rashid, a renowned horseman. 

In the first, Rashid talks about working with horses.  His comments could be right out of numerous threads on this list, complete with "problems", communication, etc.  http://www.pbs.org/wnet/nature/episodes/horse-and-rider/horse-whisperers/837/

In the second, Rashid describes his use of Aikido.  The principles, that work on the mat, have application everywhere.  http://www.markrashid.com/aikido.htm
