I sure wish I'd seen your response before writing my own. I could have just
said, "Ditto." to your succinct and eloquently phrased response.

Your statement that, "For me the question is not so much about which
evaluation process is used but more about how and what it is used for. The
true opportunities lay at least one layer below the method," resonates very
well for me indeed.
