Hi Esther,

Royal Roads University is the only university in Canada offering a program in Executive Coaching that is aligned with the criteria of the International Coach Federation (ICF). This Graduate Certificate program commences with a six-day, on-site residency followed by two distance and teleconferencing modules, ending with a three-day residency. The structure allows learners to gain their executive coaching accreditation while continuing to balance work and personal responsibilities

You can find more about this program at www.royalroads.ca/calm

Cheers!

I have a young colleague who is interested in pursuing coaching training (and accreditation). The main providers seem to be International Coaching Federation and Coach U. Does anyone know about how these two compare?
