Hi Adrienne
I just want to give you a resource that you might find very helpful. It is the VIA (Values in Action) assessment. This is a free web-based strength assessment based on the work of Chris Peterson (UMich) and Marty Seligman (UPenn). Don't be put off by the 240 items; the assessment only takes about 20-30 minutes and will result in a printout of the person's 5 top signature strengths as well as the other 19 strengths. It will provide people with the beginning knowledge of their character strengths and can be linked to where the person experiences "flow" in their work. You can find it at viasurvery.org
Good luck
