[Ailist] AI and Outsourced Employees

I am in a similar work with my clients. The slight difference is that my
client is operating under the BOT contract and its time to implment the "T"
part of the contract. This is going to displace people, separate people,
disappoint people and dislocate people. As a result the apprehension is so
strong that even in the present, the team is not willing to move from where
it is in the present. One of the things we did in a two-day interaction to
initiate the AI process was to enable the group in the discovery stage to
get in touch with their ability to Build and Operate with the client till
now. The issue changed from displacements and disorganisations to one of
"willingness to let go" and this became the core definition of the
organisational issue to be addressed through AI approach. I am happy the
way we are progressing and the team is willing to let go as they take pride
in having achieved something transferable and working towards getting
similar responsibilities. Here, we used AI approach to define the core
issue that can be addressed with AI approach also. Outsourcing is a reality
with the organisation and what is it that the team want to address- prevent
outsourcing - or what?
