Hello Stan

Question to you first: Are you leading the organisation?  If not, do you have the support, commitment and involvement of the person who is leading the organisation?

If this sort of cultural alignment is going to happen you need to get the person leading the organisation to initiate the change.  How to do that best?  Leadership from the top down creating activities that require people from all parts of the organisation to work together.  What activities?  Depends on context.
