Cathy Royal, Lia Bosch and I did an AI in leadership a few years back .
The protocol is on the AI Commons website (I believe). Key to success is
asking a diagonal slice of people to describe good leadership vs. a
self-description.
Gallup is VERY protective of their Q 12 by the way.
