Dear Susan
I very much appreciated the matrix you've developed, showing the
attitudes related to each of the relationships established in the 5-D
process you are planning to use.
However I'd like to suggest that, instead of writing different attitudes
for each of the phases of the 5-D process, those you have described are
relevant to EVERY phase of the process.
Attached therefore is my own take on this - an amended matrix with a few
hastily added comments.
And in case it's of any help, I've also included some comments in
relation to the word 'collaborative' - a word used so frequently, but
for which a shared definition/understanding is not always developed. :-)
I'm not sure whether my suggestions will be simply covering ground
you've already covered, but I hope the attached file is of some use to you.
Warmly
Sue
