Imagine Memphis is underway with the
Design Team's orientation today.   As we are
talking to funders, the question that is
asked is the market average for doing this work ...
shepherding and guiding the process.   

Also, we have been asked what were the initial sources
of funding for similar efforts.   

Your advice would be greatly appreciated.
