Bill,

I think you are on a very rich and useful thread - where the molecular forces of AI might work miracles.

Just this morning I wrote to a colleague - experimenting with the idea of a progam contra bullying. A possible name is "People Mentoring People - A Solution to Bullying" the basic mentoring vector would be the - which many people recognize as being a pathway to deep connections, innovation, and personal value recognition and amplification.

One thing we agreed was - PMP will not be a total solution - but it can help bullies find other ways to meet their cravings and can help victims build esteem and find ongoing self-specific-sources for maintaining and "appreciating" it.

I have no book to recommend, nor Stories from the Field to support these ideas - but I pass them along to you anyway.

By the way - maybe I have to highlight - I see the Appreciative Discovery Conversation model as something that can be learned and applied by individuals - it can be utilized as single module independent of the Full Appreciative Inquiry Cycle and can be adopted by individuals who are not involved with any Organizational Change initiative.

Mike

PS an AI list member ( a Ms.P.H.) suggested the name "Power Questions" as a sometime alternative to Appreciative Questions - I think Power Questions might catch some peoples attention very favorably. - maybe especially in the context of Bullying
