Hi Joan,

Bernard Mohr, Jen Silbert and I helped a team of nurses to use AI to redesign a patient handoff process at Newark Beth Israel Hospital in NJ.  I've attached a short write up of the process and results. There's an article that describes the process in detail in the February 2007 edition of the Journal of Nursing Administration.
