Appreciative Inquiry Special Interest Group through the  Organizational Development 
Network of New York,  Wednesday,  November 14,  2007.  I hope you can join us as 
we have a special guest.  

Rocco Cocchiarale will be joining us from Avon Products,  Inc.  Rocco has 
been at Avon for 3 years and is Executive Director of  Training and Development.  
Appreciative Imquiry was introduced to Avon many  years ago in Mexico but has 
not been used since.  Resistance was met at the  mention of AI 2 years ago 
while planning for change that was happening in the  sales organization.  We'll 
talk about how it was reintroduced and how the  organization responded.

    How do I set up my Yahoo! Groups  account?  Joining Yahoo! Groups is
