My upcoming telecourse, "Building on Your Best: A Transformative Coaching Intensive" starts in November(see dates below)!  It has sparked many new beginnings and deepened many commitments for a host of participants. We will use Appreciative Inquiry (AI), a powerful change process focusing on positive perspectives, past successes, dreams, vision and an overall appreciative approach.  AI unleashes excellence and joy.  Unfolding in 5 major phases ~

~ AI encourages you to acknowledge your strengths, values and personal and professional highpoints, imagine a compelling future, build supportive structures and relationships and craft inspired, innovative plans that fulfill your dreams.  I will also blend in my learnings as a Certified Co-Active Coach (The Coaches Training Institute). Along the way, learn to turn obstacles into stepping stones and convert the nagging inner criticinto empowering self-talk. 
WHAT YOU WILL GET FROM PARTICIPATING:
-an understanding of how AI applies to all aspects of your life (career, health, relationships, etc.) and on your interests, goals and vision-personalized coaching feedback via return email on all exercises you complete and send me -experiential exercises-comprehensive class notes following each class-practice recommendations  
While you will learn a lot about Appreciative Inquiry, this series is designed as an interactive COACHING INTENSIVE.  Please be prepared to spend several hours after each session to complete the exercises so you derive maximum benefit!!!)
