While working for a public agency with a strong labor organization, we used AI to create a dept labor-management committee (Jane Watkins worked with us)--with about the # of people you mention. Our L-M also had an adversarial history. A slide show re: this initiative is available at: http://www.tcf-ti.com/post_session4.html If interested in additional info (eg interview questions, a manual to share with your client etc), please contact me off-line.

I am planning two four-hour workshops utilizing AI. I am working with a
group of 12-15 people. Most of the participants are union employees who work
in the field maintaining parks. This is a somewhat conservative group of
"good old boys" (this old culture is changing, however). We will also have
the top management participating in this two-part workshop.

We've gone through significant changes due budget cuts and layoff and are
now ready to come together as a team. Challenges are some negative history
between union and management. On the union side, there is a lot of attitude
around wanting things to be as they were in the old days and many trust
issues.

I am planning to take them through the 5D process with a group is used to
being physically engaged.

Any suggestion or experience from this list of using AI with a
union/management mix and with participants who are used to being physically
engaged.

With appreciation,

Chuck
