from their dreams about Vancouver to a possible agenda for change. The
conference will be facilitated by Bliss Browne, internationally-renowned
speaker and president of Imagine Chicago. 

In the morning, Ms. Browne will use an assets-based approach, based on
Appreciative Inquiry, which will help participants evaluate as a group
what they do well and what strengths they have as a community."
