On Friday, 9 November in the north of England there will be some fascinating 
and challenging discussions taking place.   if you are interested in research 
you will want to join Professor Jan Reed and Dr. Lena Holmberg to talk about 
AI's impact on research.   

They will be highlighting the range of views that have emerged from the 
articles for the November 2007 issue of the AI Practitioner and provide a day for 
you to explore the experiences and reflections of the issue's contributors, and 
to develop your thoughts about future developments.

This event is attracting people from universities as well as consultants and 
practitioners in AI.
