Hi Jon,
I am inspired by your intention to bring life to customer satisfaction
feedback! In my own work, I use Appreciative Reviews to get feedback. I
tend to ask the four basic questions crafted and languaged to fit the
situation - 1) High point/peak experience, 2) What do you value most about
XXXX, 3) What was the core/central/life-giving force of XX, 4) What 3 wishes
do you have for XXXX.
I always get much more valuable (and often quotable) feedback this way and
can imagine its application in your work. Please let us know of your
experience - I would love to pass this along to a friend who works at our
local utility.
Warm regards from brilliant, breezy Phoenix,
Christine

Subject: [Ailist] An AI approach to customer questionnaires/market research
Dear All
I would be interested to learn of others' experiences in using an AI
approach in writing customer questionnaires or similar documentation.
I work for a utility company and I am currently reviewing the printed
questionnaire we use. This is either handed or sent to customers (once our
repair crews have finished repairs and left the property/
neighbourhood) to gain an insight into their impressions of various service
delivery elements - ease of contact, manner of contact centre staff,
behaviour of field crew, safety and tidiness in the work area.
Ideas and opinions would be valued.
