[Ailist] mom and pop non-profit

Hello Everyone,

 

I am working with a highly successful 'mom and pop' non-profit that
delivers services in the behavioral health field.  The 'mom and pop'
are, in fact, married and have grown their non-profit from three
employees to 40. The couple plan on retiring in two years.  They believe
that a lot of what makes the organization successful is in their heads
and isn't documented.  They are interested in an organizational
sustainability process specific to their organization and that could be
applicable to other behavioral health agencies in New Mexico.  If you
have experience using AI to help a non-profit organization work through
