How exciting!
It seems like the appreciative metaphors could easily be drawn from their 
actual work in this community.
There will so many stories once they are actually engaged in the "work".
PPs can come and _be tested on the ground_ allowing a more grounded in 
practise approach in addition to being grounded in history.
