The focus of this presentation is to introduce DiSC language and generate
curiosity and inquiry surrounding differences as strength.  

And I want to also tie this thread to AI: the three human universals: 
need to be have a voice and be heard, seen as essential to the group and 
unique and exceptional.

The more work I do in this field, the more I'm convinced that by 
educating people on the uniqueness of each individual and why that is 
essential to the group is the essence of 'being AI'. I didn't use style 
instruments regularly in years past, now I think they are the concrete 
way to help a group welcome the differences and learn to truly 
appreciate them rather than be annoyed by them or suppress them.
Why are so many employees disengaged? Because they don't feel safe to be 
their unique selves...
And when you get to "Deliver", you need all the talents in the room to 
carry out the image of the future.
