[Ailist] DiSC and AI

I've received a number of emails requesting the PowerPoint on DiSC, so I am
sending it to the group.  Appreciative Inquiry, emotional intelligence and
learned optimism/resilience are the cornerstones of my coaching practice.  I
find that the DiSC behavioral profile is a powerful vehicle to generate
personal insight and dialogue within teams.  I use it as a conversation
starter NOT to put people in a box.  I find that an AI approach helps people
step into curiosity rather than labeling.

The focus of this presentation is to introduce DiSC language and generate
curiosity and inquiry surrounding differences as strength.  AI is the lens
through which I've constructed the PP - but AI itself is not discussed.  For
those of you who use DiSC, it will be familiar language.  If you do not use
DiSC but are curious - call or email me and I'll tell you how I use it.
