Robin,

I use DISC in all of my work. I utilize it for individual coaching, team
building, putting together sales or project teams, and also in large scale
change efforts in both for profit and non-profits. It has been a mainstay for me
for 18 years.

I would guess that many of us on the list use DISC and are distributors so
there is a wealth of info that we can share with you. There are a number of
different versions of DISC so the power points that we can send your way will
vary based on which company/distributor you have purchased or plan to
purchase the instrument from. The appreciative exercises that we can share, though,
will most likely be applicable across versions and distributors.

I noticed in your original post that you inquired about DISC (all 4 letters
upper case) sold by Target Training International in Scottsdale, Arizona.

When Sherry and Marilyn responded, they both used DiSC (lower case i) which
is a version sold by inscape publishing. _www.inscapepublishing.com_

There are other vendors out there as well but these two come to mind
immediately. The products and materials are quite different.

How can we best help you? Are you interested in learning more about DISC vs
DiSC ...or have you already chosen a vendor and would like to get started in
building your library of materials? People in this amazing group can help
you with both of these - along the way we could also confuse you by sending you
power point presentations that are applicable to DiSC when you have decided
to use DISC, or vice versa. Let us know where you are in your process so we
can respect the intent of your request.

Collegially,
