[Ailist] Using AI to tackle competition?

Hello all,

I have been asked to facilitate a session for my company revolving around the 'threat' of a new product being launched by the competition and my company's response to this move. I would like to use AI rather than the current methodology they use (war games). I would really appreciate any ideas/recommendations you may have for me.
