Greetings AI think tank colleagues 

 

I have a day with a client to discuss findings and recommendations that were
part of an Org Assessment I conducted upon a business unit (within the org).
The day is to be spent with a leadership team of 10 (or so).  The
expectation is that I speak to them about the implications for the
organization as a whole, as the microcosm has represented (through the Org
Assess).

 

I am looking for ways to engage them in dialogue that is grounded in a
positive, forward looking method/theory (AI, or similar) by which I can
avoid merely dispensing info, rather encourage dialogue and forward looking
(collectively, as I facilitate) both using the info powerfully to inform
their future and keeping the power with them.  (They are going through a
cultural transition).  

 

I would appreciate your thoughts and experiences around this matter.  If you
would send them directly to my email, I will gladly post the culminated
version to the listserve.
