Thanks Nancy. Great Idea. We did in fact do the Ai way last year and these
on going series of annual retreats came directly out of that. The teachers
do meet monthly and include peer sharing of experiences etc... They are
looking for any valuable new learnings that may be 'out there' that can
supplement their collective knowledge and experiences.
But, it's still worth considering incorporating an Ai for 'best practices'.
