I remember playing and also facilitating a game called the Red Black Game.
It sounds similar to the one that Marge Schiller mentioned, Win as much as
you can. You play several rounds and realize that the only way to win is by
cooperating, not competing.

I did an online search for the Win As Much as You Can Game, and found this
link. It is similar to what I remembered, although we did it in two teams.
