[Ailist] Transition with new exec

Dear Roz:
 
I'm attaching 2 things for you to draw upon. One is a story  about a leader 
that I worked with during a merger of his company into a larger  company. I 
took the story our of my first book - it provides some steps to take  to make the 
first 100 days set the stage for success.
 
Also attached is a larger document called The First 100  Days... that spells 
out the steps that help a leader set the best foundation for  collective 
success... fleshed out in greater detail.

Hi all,  
I am looking for ideas on using AI for transitioning an executive into a  new
position.  Anyone had experience using AI in the early transition  period
