I have a college president who is wondering how appreciative inquiry
can be used to support their focus on the Malcolm Baldridge Quality thrust
for the college. I am looking for examples of how AI can be used in
a typical problem solving approach.

Subject: [Ailist] Lean Problem Solving and Appreciative Inquiry

Hi everyone,
Does anyone have any examples, articles, or case studies using
Appreciative Inquiry in conjunction with Lean (developed by Toyota)
Process Improvement?
I know this may sound like a contradiction; but I am trying to use
Appreciative Inquiry in the Lean Problem Solving Model. I am a student
in the MSOD program at Pepperdine University and hope to develop a
thesis around this topic.
Thanks for any help you can provide.
