[Ailist] Appreciative Questions After a Session

Hello all,

I'm working with a client whose membership is very geographically dispersed and so
we've decided to offer a series of regional sessions that will allow the membership
to have input into the revitalization of the organization.

We want to communicate with the membership after each regional session to keep them
abreast of the developments and we have a website that will allow us to do so. We are
going to use all of the usual means of communicating - email blasts, uploaded
photographs and video clips of the session components (eg. dream activities),
write-ups pertaining to the activities, copies of the Interview Guides and the day's
agenda, etc.

We also want to interview people about their experience in the regional sessions and
upload those video interviews so that we can help to generate enthusiasm for the
other regional sessions as well as the Summit.

I'd be interested in your thoughts relative to this process. What appreciative
questions might you ask of participants after a "regional summit" to get their
feedback with respect to the process and the purpose of the regional session?

Thanks, in advance, for any and all assistance.

Regards,

Bill Scott BSW, MBA
