[Ailist] the making of a Ideologist

Love it! And facilitated the making of a "Yodaologist" an hour ago. I was
coaching a team or micro system of a surgical clinic at a small rural health
care system, Alice Peck Day Health System, for a program I co-designed YES!

A secretary (now Yodaologist) l earned she was empowered to save the
hospital hundreds of thousands of dollars. . In order to sustain the gain
of our total system (92%) Summit, we came up with YES! aimed at promoting
departmental-level improvement at Alice Peck Day Health Systems by
empowering individual staff members to conceive and implement ideas aimed at
better patient, resident, and employee experience. We just received very
bad financial information and folks were feeling glum, the program simply
structured the generation and realization of ideas flowing like a spring
stream after the Summit.

She is turned on and I look forward to seeing her pointed earls and greenish
tan skin emerge.

How about "Yodaologist?" The force is with you, you
have every thing you need inside.
