Hello all,
  I am so excited that the MBTI has generated so much dialogue!   I believe the goal of most personality tests are to help us understand ourselves and others.   If you are genuinely interested in communicating better, the MBTI is very useful.  If you truly aren't interested in the communication process, the MBTI is a powerful tool to label people and create negative space.    This has been a great discussion...let's start a new thread!
