Once again, we gather in Bethel Maine for a weekend of learning and
connecting in dialogue. The 2nd Annual Appreciative Inquiry Colloquy
(*discourse, dialogue, schmoose) in Bethel, Maine is destined to be another
amazing experience in learning from colleagues around the world. Come and
join in community with your colleagues for conversation, deep dialogue,
continuous learning and connection. Come share your experiences and
practice of Appreciative Inquiry in your life and work.
You will have the opportunity to hear the wisdom from those who came before,
the early pioneers in Organizational Development from NTL, including Edie
and Charlie Seashore, Barbara Bunker, and Jack Gant as well as pioneers in
Appreciative Inquiry (AI), Jane Magruder Watkins, Bernard Mohr, Joep de
Jong, and Marge Schiller. Also, you will learn from each other through the
sharing of your and others experiences with and learning around Appreciative
Inquiry as applied to Strategy Planning, Organization Change, Coaching, Team
Development, Leadership, and more.
Quotes from the 2006 Colloquy:
³I valued the spirit, deep listening, the organization, the diversity of the
program and the connections made.²
³I loved the fact that there was dialogue everywhere in an outside of
sessions²
³Fantastic moved me forward. The presenters each moved me in different
ways. Paula¹s vision and courage activated my own. Loved Jane¹s ideas and
inspired update. Each open space opened my heart and expanded
possibilities.²
Hope to see you there!
