Cheryl, 

I have to ask is every business really profit driven or is this a lens that 
you view business through.  I have worked with many companies, family 
businesses that are community driven. Some use the profit or assets to move into new 
ventures while others are using their family business to give the next 
generation a sustainabile life style or status in the community.  I believe business 
provides so many opportunities and diversified outputs that as consultants we 
need to understand the multiple perspectives of value.
