Although we did not use AI explicitly, we used another generative/future 
focused model--Future Search -- at a school of education at a major university.  
The story and results are documented in Future Search in School District Change 
(Martens, Schweitz, editors) and in the Handbook of Large Group Methods 
(Alban and Bunker)  Let me know if more information would be helpful.
