The Grove also is instrumental in hosting a small conference of Visual
Practitioners. It is inexpensive and very good. The next one is in Santa
Fe in Oct and if it is like last year, they had a 1.5 day program to
teach beginners how to do graphic recording. They have some awesome
books that show you exactly how to write letters and draw objects. I'm
not sure where the link to the conference is but you can always call The
Grove or Google it. I met a number of amazing people at this small
gathering last year.
