I've been conducting AI workshops for the Ministry of Education for several years.? In a recent workshop, I assigned Jane's post, "Reflections" for homework and asked that particvipants be prepared to summarize the thinking in the article.? What follows was written by a Principal in response to the assignment.

Let us NOT FOCUS on deficits and deficiencies of the situation
