Hi Colleen
About 18 months ago a colleague asked me work with her in the capacity of AI coach / mentor - she had been asked to design a competency development model for Major Gifts Development Officer (she had minimum experience with AI, but felt strongly that it would be a great approach to this project). I have not written up the process, however, I would be happy to talk to you about the approach that we took and the outcomes (the client loved the process and has introduced it to their clients for other positions).

I have been fortunate this year to have had some exciting healthcare projects. I have co-designed and co-facilitated two appreciative inquiry summits: one on Palliative Care (a colleague brought me in to work with him) and the other on Front Line Leadership (Jane Magruder Watkins worked with us on this summit). I am currently working with a doctor to design and facilitate focus groups on the criteria for who should get antivirals in the hospital during a pandemic. Healthcare is a very exciting area these days and it has been my experience that AI is a great philosophy and approach to use within healthcare.

I am in town this week and would be delighted to have a telephone conversation with you. Please send me an email, letting me know when you would be available for a call.

regards
Mo McKenna
