Hi Richard

While it is fairly straightforward to design an appreciative 360 review, the more 
important thing to check out is the underlying culture of the organization and the 
purpose of the review.  If the organization is internally adversarial, punitive, and 
competitive, rather than being an appreciative learning space a well designed 
appreciative 360 review is likely to falter along with any other type of 360 
review.
