[Ailist] 360 degree reviews

Hi Richard,

While not exactly a 360 approach, I'm working on a model with a colleague that we've
called "Valuing People." It's a concept that we've been working on for the past 6
months. At the moment, we are in the process of writing up the model, but there is
nothing that is ready even as a rough draft at this point.

I did do an initial presentation on the model at a conference in Vancouver this past
February. The conference organizers posted most of the presenters' materials on their
web site. My materials can be found at: http://www.tcf-ti.com/post_session28.html.

I hope that this is helpful.

Regards,
Bill

Subject: [Ailist] 360 degree reviews

Hi,

I am very interested to know if anyone has conducted 360 degree reviews with an AI
slant.

I am introducing a company to AI and Strengths and wondered what advice you guys
might have for positive, appreciative reviews!

Many thanks in advance of your help.

Kind regards,

Richard
