Richard,
I really like The Leadership Circle Profile which is strongly based on:
- adult development theory- Robert Kegan
- shifting from a problem reactive to an outcomes creative
orientation - Robert Fritz
- integral theory- Ken Wilbur
- enneagram- multiple sources
- Karen Horney's work
If find it very useful for creating a context to shift from a
problem reactive orientation to focusing on what is desired.
You can read more about this 360 at www.theleadershipcircle.com
Kind Regards,
Colette
